    Description

    A very unique totem. I have seen many totems but this one is definitely unique. It is carved simply with out much detail but still shows sophistication in its simplicity. Sometimes Simple is much better. I believe this totem comes from a secluded area where there weren’t many resources available for making high-end pieces of art. It seems to me the artist took whatever he could find and glued together enough wood to make this pole which makes me appreciate this piece even more. I just wish I had more history on this pole and the very resourceful artist. Just a great piece that stands 17.5 inches high and a wing span of almost 8.5 inches. Great conversation piece.
